Jaguar XK roadsters are terrific cars to drive.  Owners tend to enjoy this experience whenever possible.  Chips, dings and wear  result.  All  XKs pictured in slightly different stages of bare metal finish restorations belong to long term owners who seek to hold and continue to enjoy the fine fruits of XK vintage motoring.

Used and enjoyed is very true of this trio of Jags. Roger’s is above, Andy’s is in the middle with Burt’s slightly later 140 below. Roger’s ’53 XK120 has been in his possession for over 40 years! He saw an ad in the Sunday NY Times and called to inquire. The owner couldn’t show the car that day, but his daughter was home and obliged. Roger bought the car and later he and the daughter marry! A love story indeed.
