The Shrike P15 race car, produced by Richard Owen Design and Engineering of Northamptonshire, England in 1985, has a notable history within the motorsports and Sports 2000 class community. Originally delivered to its first owner in Virginia, it was later utilized in New England Region SCCA events by its second owner, with the support of Amalfi Racing. After being retrieved from extended storage in 2014, the current seller oversaw a comprehensive refurbishment in collaboration with GMT Racing of Newtown, Connecticut.

This refurbished Shrike P15 has since participated in the VS2 class of SVRA and VRG vintage racing events along the East Coast. Its power is generated by a 2.0-liter Ford inline-four engine, which works in conjunction with a Hewland four-speed manual transaxle. Noteworthy features include a carbon fiber nosepiece, a fire suppression system, 13" Compomotive Turbo-Mag split rim wheels, Wilwood disc brakes, and Koni adjustable shocks.

The race car's most recent appearance was at Lime Rock Park in September 2020. It is currently being offered for sale on a bill of sale, complete with SCCA logbooks, spare parts and pit equipment, a dyno sheet, and receipts from the period of current ownership. This detailed history and the accompanying documentation make this Shrike P15 a significant and sought-after piece for enthusiasts and collectors within the racing community.

Offered at $22,500.00
