1957 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz
In 1957, Cadillac redesigned the ever-popular Eldorado with an exclusive design that included a low, down-swept fender topped with an iconic rear fin. Only 1,800 Biarritz convertibles were produced for the 1957 model year, making them highly desirable pieces of Cadillac history. They feature unique coachwork from Fisher on a revised and lengthened X-frame chassis powered by a 325-horsepower 365ci V8. The result was a smooth yet powerful driving experience with every available luxury feature. Power steering, brakes, windows, and an automatic retracting top were all standard, with leather upholstery that competed with Rolls Royce and Bentley's more-expensive offerings.
