1956 Austin Healey 100M
This gorgeous 1956 Austin-Healey 100 BN2 roadster is currently at auction on Bring a Trailer! An excellent example of the 100 platform, this Healey was the recipient of a concours-quality restoration in full 100M specification by BMC Classics in Florida. Finished in light blue and white over a dark blue interior, the car is powered by a numbers-matching 2,660cc inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission with electronic overdrive. This is a "post-production" M model, which means that the Le Mans modifications were a part of a factory-designed dealer package, a common occurrence for 100M Healeys. Those enhancements include all the correct "M" components: louvered hood and leather strap, cold air box and intake manifold, larger SU carburetors, high compression pistons, high lift camshaft, an M distributor, M valve springs, and a larger anti-sway bar. The Heritage Trust Certificate is in hand, and the car is listed in the World-Wide 100M LeMans Registry. This incredible car is beautifully sorted for real driving.
